DECEMBER 2009 – HOME AT LAST
It’s official, following the first office in Bath, Eventy has opened its second office in Cornwall!  Nestled between Truro, Falmouth and Redruth, it is the perfect location to be able to work closely with our clients throughout the county.  Thank you to everyone who has given us such a warm welcome – it’s good to be home!

OCTOBER 09 - HOP SKIP & JUMP TO OVER HALF WAY POINT!
With a huge fundraising drive in operation for our children’s charity – Hop Skip & Jump – we have made fantastic progress on their sensory rooms. A special place for children with special needs, the charity’s light, dark and soft play sensory rooms are well loved and well used! As a result all three rooms were in desperate need of refurbishment. With £56,523.42 to raise in total for the whole project, we have raised £32,404.78 completing the dark room, with the light room underway. Just £24,118.64 to raise to finish the two remaining rooms.

AUGUST 09 - EVENTY JOINS FORCES WITH SOUTH SOMERSET MIND AND HOME-START BRISTOL
Eventy – Marketing & PR are delighted to be helping South Somerset Mind and Home-Start Bristol – two charities that need help with their fundraising. South Somerset Mind helps adults with mental health problems in Somerset in a range of ways. Although seen as part of the national organisation – Mind – they do not receive any funding from them, having to raise all of their own funds to support people in Somerset. Home-Start Bristol works with families with at least one child under the age of 5 in the Bristol area with multiple difficulties – financial, emotional or physical. Volunteers are trained to go into homes to help build relationships between children and their parents, integrating the family into the community, tackling issues and putting the fun back into family life.
