JANUARY 2012 – WELCOME THE NEW YEAR AND RACHAEL!
We are delighted that Rachael Stephens has joined the Eventy team this month as our “Sponsorship & PR Co-ordinator”.    Rachael will be looking after all things events and sponsorship related (Fal River Festival, Fal River Autumn Walking Festival, Carn to Cove and StreetSmart to mention just a few), so if you want to know about some of our exciting promotional opportunities with the Cornish community, get in touch!

DECEMBER 2011 – BEST CHRISTMAS PRESENT EVER!
Our office move is now complete and we’re busy working on next year’s Fal River Festival, so if you’d like to sponsor an element of this much loved event, just get in touch.

We’d like to wish all of our clients, suppliers and contacts a very happy Christmas and a New Year full of all things good.

We are always keen to hear what our clients think of our services, so when this arrived on email we wanted to share it!  What an amazing Christmas gift for Eventy – a lovely testimonial…

“Since working with Eventy – Marketing & PR we have enjoyed reviews from the likes of the Daily Telegraph, The Times, Daily Star, Coast, Prima, Escape Magazine and Pure Weddings – to mention just a few.  We have also gained exposure through competitions in publications such as Take A Break, TV Choice and Wessex Water Magazine.  These have all helped to raise our national profile, whilst we have also enjoyed significant coverage in local publications such as the Times and Echo, Cornishman, West Briton, Western Morning News, MyCornwall, and iLoveCornwall.

Our on line presence has dramatically increased through Eventy’s use of social media tools on our behalf such as Twitter, Facebook and a news blog - ensuring that we communicate extremely well with guests and residents.

We have benefited from events including St.Ives Food Festival, Fal River Festival, Tregenna Sand Castle Competition and St.Ives September Festival whilst supporting our local community and raising funds for charities such as St.Ives Surf Lifesaving Club and the RNLI.

Eventy not only actively pursue these opportunities for us but also look after our brand – helping to co-ordinate all of our marketing activities and ensuring that they all work together.  We are delighted with the team at Eventy who are a pleasure to work with”.

James Parker, Operations Director, Tregenna Castle & Estate

NOVEMBER 2011 – EVENTY HEADS FOR THE SEAS!
We are very excited to move to our new offices at Seaways House in Penryn.  Just 200 yards down the road from our previous office, we will not be moving far from the friends that we have made whilst being here, and also the central location that we have found benefits our clients.  With a very busy 2011 nearly behind us, Seaways House provides us with the room that we will inevitably need to grow (more on that coming soon – watch this space).  So if you are passing Penryn, or need an excuse for a trip away from your office, do come and see us for a cup of tea.  The kettle will always be on for you!

OCTOBER 2011 -
October was an extremely busy month for the team at Eventy – Marketing & PR, with a myriad of new clients, Fal River Autumn Festival launching and gearing up for StreetSmart.  We have particularly enjoyed working on a range of press releases and features during the month, and were pleased to secure a wealth of amazing coverage across our client base – from national papers and magazines, to local publications.

SEPTEMBER 2011 - TEN OUT OF TEN!
What a busy summer it’s been!  We’ve been especially successful at securing national coverage for our clients these last few months, from the broadsheets to the monthly glossies.  Having taken up our invitation, the Assistant Editor of The Daily Telegraph gave her stay at Tregenna Castle “ten out of ten in my book!”   This month we’ve also entered many of our clients for different awards so we wish them all the best of luck.
