Events
With an extremely successful track record, Eventy
is delighted to be working with a range of charities to help them
to raise funds and an increased profile from running events.
We help charities to secure
"Golden Bond" places, to build teams. This helps achieve
targeted income, whilst also guaranteeing supporters a place in
running events which often sell out in a matter of days.
Eventy helps charities to
decide on how many places are relevant for them, helping their
charity to then secure these places. Eventy then recruits the
runners and supports the team's fundraising, undertaking all of
the administration, from providing fundraising packs to ensuring
that each runner returns their sponsorship.
Each runner is asked to pay
for their own entry fee and then commit to raising a minimum level
of sponsorship. We support and encourage the team's fundraising
to try to surpass the target and secure as much funding as possible.
Often when Gift Aid, Matched Funding and pure enthusiasm are taken
into account, running teams can raise a great deal more than expected!
In addition to the fundraising
income, Eventy uses running events to help boost awareness of
the charity by raising its profile through press releases using
case studies. Working with Eventy also helps to start the ball
rolling for each charity in subsequent years, and in other events,
building a database of active supporters that will continue to
support the charity.
Through our other areas
of work, Eventy can also help to secure corporate sponsors for
charity teams, bringing in further income for the charities with
considerable marketing opportunities for the company.

Bath Half Marathon
In the Bath Half Marathon,
runners follow a relatively flat course on the outskirts of the
city, starting from the prestigious Great Pultney Street which
takes in both the Upper and Lower Bristol Roads. An extremely
popular event, which is growing year on year, we are working with
a range of charities with guaranteed golden bond with a range
of charities with guaranteed golden bond places in this event.

Bristol Half Marathon
The Bristol Half Marathon
is one of the UK's leading road races, awarded Gold Grade status
by BARR in recognition of the highest standards of organisation.
The race is now one of the biggest half marathons in the country,
and is set to develop still further. The attractive, sea-level
course takes in the old city, scenic harbour-side and the stunning
Avon Gorge and offers great potential for fast times and personal
bests. Our charity places in this event go extremely quickly,
