Over the several years I have worked with Eventy – Marketing and Public Relations I have always found that Helen and her team strike a difficult balance perfectly – catering to their clients’ interests and needs with great professionalism and enthusiasm, while being infinitely open and responsive to my own, admittedly often awkward, demands and requests. They are clear and concise in getting the client’s message across and will bend over backwards to also make their ‘product’ fit our exacting needs. They know who and how they need to target and will more often than not initiate conversations with us about how this can best be achieved, always following through to the end. Plus, they’re quite fun folk.

Bath Building Society
We wanted somebody to come in to both challenge our thinking on community involvement and the wider marketing agenda and roll their sleeves up and make things happen. As a result of Eventy’s work, we have regained momentum on marketing communications, and have had the most extensive favourable PR coverage in the Society’s long history. And we like working with Eventy – they’ve become part of the team. Several years after we worked with Eventy to launch the Charity Awards, they still form an important part of our community involvement programme. As a very good and well-though through idea, it has stood the test of time. The Charity Awards are a fair and efficient way of considering the very many requests we receive to support local charity and community projects. One of the benefits of the approach is that it does allow us to properly consider all requests without causing offence if we turn them down. But the real benefit of the scheme comes from the positive news that we create about helping good causes in our heartland area.

St Ives Biathlon / St Ives Surf Life Saving Club
Just wanted to drop you a note on behalf of everyone involved in this year’s Biathlon and St. Ives Surf Life Saving Club to say a big, big thank you for all your help and support in making our 25th Anniversary Biathlon such a huge success. Not only did you bring on board a record number of sponsors from far and wide (including Penwith College as our title sponsor), the press and media attention you created around the event was simply phenomenal, and certainly helped in achieving such strong support and participation on the day. Looking forward to an equally successful Biathlon in 2024! 🤞
